What does made to order mean?
Your item is produced after you place the order rather than pulled from a large pre-printed inventory. Most orders require 2-7 business days of production before shipping.
Which Bible translations do you use?
Our printed Scripture uses public-domain wording, including the King James Version and World English Bible where identified. Check the product description for the verse reference and wording used on that design.
Can I personalize a product?
Only products that explicitly show a personalization option can be personalized. If a name, date, or custom text field is not shown on the product page, that item is sold with the displayed design.
How do I choose the right size?
Use the size guide and measurements shown on the individual product page before ordering. Fit and sizing can differ by garment. Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns for choosing the wrong size.
Will colors look exactly like they do on my screen?
We work to show colors accurately, but screens, garment colors, printing, and production batches can create small differences. Product mockups are a guide to placement and appearance.
Production, Shipping, and Tracking
How long will my order take?
Most items are produced within 2-7 business days. After production, US delivery usually takes 3-8 business days. The normal total is about 5-12 business days, although carriers and peak seasons can cause delays.
How do I track my order?
We send a tracking link by email when your order ships. If tracking has not updated for an unusual amount of time, contact us with your order number.
Do you guarantee delivery by a gift date?
We cannot guarantee a carrier delivery date. Order early for baptisms, graduations, holidays, and other fixed events, allowing for both production and shipping. Contact us before ordering if you need help assessing timing.
Can I change my address or cancel?
Contact us within 24 hours of ordering. We can change or cancel only if production has not started. Once an item is in production, we may not be able to alter or stop it.
Problems, Returns, and Support
What if my item is damaged, misprinted, defective, or wrong?
Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund for qualifying damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items. In most cases, you will not need to send the item back.
Can I return an item because I changed my mind or selected the wrong size?
No. Because products are made to order, we do not accept buyer-remorse or wrong-size returns. Please review the product details and size guide before ordering. See the refund policy for the complete terms.
How quickly will you reply?
We normally reply within 1-2 business days. Include your order number for order questions and a photo for product-quality issues so we can help efficiently.
