Refund policy

Because every item is made to order, we do not accept returns for buyer's remorse or an incorrect size choice. Please check the size guide before ordering.

 

We will replace or refund, free of charge, any item that arrives defective, misprinted, damaged, or different from what you ordered.

 

How to request a replacement or refund: Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund. In most cases you will not need to ship the item back.

 

Need to change or cancel an order? Contact us within 24 hours of ordering, before production begins.
